"Nice birthday gift, just arrived a little late"
I ordered a chain from GLD about a week before my brother’s birthday, and when it finally came in, he was really happy with it. The packaging looked clean and made it feel like a proper gift, which I appreciated since I didn’t have to do much extra. The only downside was that shipping took a couple days longer than I expected, so I’d give it 4 stars. Overall though, I’m glad I got it for him.

"Stones look really clean"
I got my piece from thegldshop and, the stones look way better than I was expecting. Like, they’ve got a really nice shine to them, no cloudy look or anything like that, and they feel solidly set too. I’ve been wearing it a lot lately and, yeah, it still looks fresh

I had a little issue with my chain and figured I’d try reaching out about the warranty. i sort of expected it to be more of a whole thing, but they got back to me fairly quickly and helped get it sorted without much hassle. It all seemed straightforward, and I’d probably buy from them again.

I was a little surprised by how much was actually in stock. Usually when I find a chain or pendant I like, the size I want is already sold out, but most of the options here were available and easy to choose from. That definitely made ordering less annoying. I still had a few moments where I wasn’t totally sure what to pick, but overall it was a solid experience.

I placed my order at night, kind of expecting it to just sit there until the next day, but then I got an update quickly. I was actually surprised, in a good way, because I had already moved on to doing other stuff and then there it was.

The whole thing felt easy, no weird delays or confusing steps. I didn’t end up checking over and over like I sometimes do with orders, which was nice. Just a smooth process overall, 5 stars from me

I had an issue with my order and while it did get sorted eventually, it took longer than it should have. Support replied in the end and fixed the problem, but I had to keep chasing them and checking back for updates instead of just being kept in the loop. The product itself was fine once everything was sorted, but the whole experience was more frustrating than I expected.

I had a good experience with The GLD Shop. For an online jewelry order, I really appreciate when the tracking actually updates, and this one did, so I wasn’t stuck wondering where my package was the whole time.

It showed up in good shape and everything looked right when I opened it. The timing was about what I expected, and there weren’t any random issues. Based on this order, I’d be comfortable buying from them again

"Comfortable, but a little underwhelming"
The chain is really light and comfortable to wear, and it doesn’t bother me at all during the day. I just wish it felt a bit more substantial, because I was a little disappointed when I first put it on.

When I opened it and really looked it over, I was kind of like, what a joke. Definitely not something I’d buy again at this price.
